A bad experience voids any beautiful setting.
Albeit beautiful, the service was dismal and the list of frustrations are ridiculously long. I cannot speak for a table of two but for a big party, they really disappointed.
Slow service, incorrect orders, unfriendly responses, unprepared staff, cocktails from the gutter - these are a few of the things I can say ticked my family and friends off - the cherry on the cake, it was my birthday dinner that was ruined.
Food had to be sent back to the kitchen after waiting and hour for our orders to start arriving. Some of the meat & fish were so dry it couldn't even compensate for the rest of the evening. Seating: The sliding doors were open with shear curtain gently falling from ceiling. It made me feel like was able to enjoy being outside without be outside.
Atmosphere: Brandy was playing, which creating a light hearted calming experience. The staff was always checking to see if I needed anything from a distance, without interrupting or feeling intrusive. I felt comfortable to stay throughout the day.

I was fortunate to get parking right out side. There was no parking marshals to hustle you. The neighbourhood watch presence made it feel very safe. There were people taking walk in the garden which added to the...
