Hotel at Hatfield Apartments — Hotel in Gauteng

The place is good specially if you are going to the urology hospital for treatment. I had 4 rooms Was with the Family as I was to undergo an operation at the urology hospital We had 4 rooms from the 28th Sept Till the 4th . Some if the rooms vacated on the 3rd. After discharge i returned to the Hotel for 2 more days. On the last day I requested a late checkout for 1 PM due to my condition as i had to go frequently to the bathroom the receptionist on duty said no I could not have a late checkout. I explained to her my condition and despite this she refused. I waited outside for my transport to come and during the wait I had to go to the Toilet I asked her where i could go because they dont have toilets at the reception so I had to go to a staff toilet outside and it was not very clean. The rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay the reptionist Emy was very kind and helpfull. I was extremely dissapointed with the receptionist on duty on the 4th of October between 11Am and 1:30PM she was not friendly and quite rude.
