I had the most horrendous experience with a staff member named Lerato at the Burger King in Mall of Africa. My order number was 604 and I realised that we had been waiting for a while. When she called order 608, I went to the counter to enquire about my order. She said that she’ll check my order and then proceeded to ignore me and help other people who ordered after me. When she called order 614 , I enquired once again , only then did she take my receipt and actually check if my order was being made. Only to find out that it wasn’t. (I should add that I was standing in front of the counter the whole time and not even a single employee bothered to ask if I needed assistance) My mother told her that we had been waiting for a long time and because she was already waiting to respond with attitude , she didn’t realise that my mother and I were enquiring about the same order. We get our order, eventually and asked for her name, only to find that her name badge was turned around deliberately. It would have been great if this place was bigger than it is. You can not refill drinks, no bottom less drinking for you there. The food is good but it would have been better if it came with a more comfortable place to sit. Especially when the mall is packed and you need a place to eat and relax this is not a place I would suggest for you. But if you are getting a take away then you can definitely enjoy your meal elsewhere. The queuing area can also look a little messy when there is a crowd. You would not know if you are queuing in the right spot or not. The good thing about it is that they provide you with quick services but they're staff is not very friendly I don't recall any of them that I might have liked. Their area is not so clean or tidy and the energy there is pretty okay. Again, if you are looking for a place to sit, relax and eat I would not recommend this place, especially if you are with a group of friends and want to all sit together you might not enjoy it here.
