Okey Main problems 1) bad phone communication 2) rude arrogant behavior from front desk. I generally enjoy buying from you guys but today you have lost a customer. I haven't bought from you in a while. Today I phoned as usual to order. When I got there and wanted to pay with cash like I usually do from time to time I was told sorry we don't take cash anymore. I first thought it was a joke - the man then mentioned they've stoped taking cash since END Of Feb.That was not mentioned to me when making the call. I walked to the mall from my job. They not accepting cash forced me to walk back to retrievemy card (my lunch is only 30 min - this took me 22 minutes) and then to walk all the way back - really inconvenience me. As I got back I mentioned to the male behind the counter that in the future to just add the no cash into there lines when taking phone orders. He got cocky and defensive and said I'll show you the borde we don't take cash since End of Jan. When I corrected him as he told me end of Feb (not really the point but his tone and attitude is what pissed me off) he got rude and cocky. As if he didn't literally 7 min before I left to fetch my card said Feb- arguing with me that he didn't say Feb. Like what happend to good customer communication...

I will be returning to Lucky Bread for the rest of my stay in Midrand. The challenge is to choose among so many delicious options. The pressed juices and smoothies are all amazing. The sandwiches and melts!!! So many options! I had the Philly melt and it’s to die for. The cappuccino with almond milk is absolutely amazing. The guy serving me has been super friendly, attentive and nice. And helpful, too. I am only sorry I didn’t discover Lucky Bread before. Now I am sitting here waiting for my stomach to make room for one of those delicious deserts!!! I am looking at the lemon meringue, the custard muffin or the carrot muffin. Ohhh maybe the custard slice, it looks like a Napoleon, with yellow cream in it. I am so happy I finally found a good coffee place in Midrand! It’s located in the Mall of Africa, inside. They should open another one in an open space under the trees. PS: I went for the server’s recommendstion and had the custard slice. The best I...
