I need to start off with expressing my disappointment and frustration I have with the Manager or waiter named "Dylan".-I normally wouldn't call someone out with their name, but I cannot stand for how he treated us. His demeanour and attitude towards us was disgusting, acting like we are 'below him', and it felt like he had a superiority complex.
We arrived here at around 2pm on a Saturday, and met with a kind waiter, who helped and served us. My friend and I felt we were placed randomly in the middle so we wanted to move. We saw a booth open up that 2 people were originally sitting at, so we asked our waiter when they leave can we move into the booth, the waiter happily said yes. The issue starts when we move to the booth and Dylan comes to my friend and I and says "No we can't sit here as he has 7 other customers waiting" so I explained to him that we asked prior and our waiter said we could. Dylan started to give me attitude and treated me like I was not a customer. Our waiter came to our rescue and told Dylan he said it was fine and then there is another booth open. So Dylan rudely says we must go to the other booth. My friend walks there, places his bags down, and when the waiter says, "no I promised them this Booth". Dylan goes and says we must go back, so my friend starts to move our bags to move back, but apparently to Dylan we weren't moving fast enough as Dylan starts pushing our bags. 1st of all, he wasn't helping move the bags but instead shoving our belongings, this is not okay, and inappropriate. Once my friend and I have settled in the booth, Dylan starts shoving the chairs that we were sitting on prior aggressively. Dylans behaviour is so unprofessional in my opinion in any environment. I would have understood if we did not ask prior, but we made sure we got permission to move.
I don't expect high service from Wimpy, but Wimpy is a place I go to that I know that the staff is ALWAYS friendly. What Dylan has done is unacceptable treating my friend and I or any other...

Read moreWe are BIIIIIIGGGGGG Wimpy fans, but today was a complete disappointment. I ordered a omelette with bacon. The bacon was almost invisible within the omelette, so thinly diced. I doubt that they even placed two inside. We didn't even receive butter or jam with the serving of our food, we had to ask.
