Doesn't deserve a star, I am completely disappointed and disgusted at the service I received! Ordered a sweet and sour chicken with noodles for take away, I collected my meal and went home, when I opened the box to eat......there was rice instead of noodles but I was already home and was famished so I said I'll eat the rice. But when I opened the foil container and used my spoon to scoop some sauce and chicken, the sauce was so watery and when I tasted it, it's tasted like weak watery sugar sweet sauce. I was so disappointed that I drove back to the shop to return it. It was still hot from the time I bought it as I live 2km from the shop. The manager wasn't interested, I had to asked him to take it and taste it. I saw a guy in the kitchen tasting it and then shrugging his shoulders as if to say nothing's wrong. When then manager comes back to me he says that the chef says it is fine n I must have ordered rice, my slip did say rice but I told the cashier specifically that I prefer it with noodles not rice. The manager didn't even suggest trying to remake my meal correct and just stood there so I told him that it's fine and I left so disappointed and disgusted at the service and attitude. I bought the same meal on Sunday and it most definitely did not taste like today's meal. Customer service is non existent! I wouldn't have driven to buy take aways then driven home and then return to the shop after a long day just to return food if I wasn't truly disappointed. No refund was given and I did not request one all I would of liked was to get a delicious meal and proper...

I’ve always enjoyed the food at Simply Asia Mall of Africa, especially their basil fried rice—it’s full of flavor and one of the best fried rice dishes around. The meal typically comes with a fried egg, and on my first visit, I requested the egg well done with no runny yolk, and they got it just right. It was a great experience.

However, on my second visit, I ordered the same meal and requested two extra eggs, all well done. Unfortunately, all the eggs were runny, which completely ruined the meal for me.

I decided to give them one more chance and asked my kids to pick up the same order for me today. Again, despite requesting well-done eggs, they gave me runny eggs. At this point, I’m honestly disappointed and have decided to stop ordering from them. Consistency matters, and this has now happened twice in a row.

Extremely poor service and food. I ordered the satay chicken noodles and a dessert roti using Uber Eats, which took the average amount of time to deliver. When I received the food, it was ice cold, the portion was minute (seriously - half the size of a packet of 2 minute noodles) and the roti was almost hard enough to bash nails in with it like a hammer. I immediately called the branch and spoke to a "manager" who took down my details and said she would call back in ten minutes after speaking to the other manager on site (another red flag). I called back after 30 minutes of not hearing anything and nobody answered the phone because I imagine they were closing up for the evening.
