I made an order at 18:35 an hour later the status changed to delivered I called the restaurant I was told the app has an issue however the driver has just been dispatched I waited about 45min still no contact from the driver nor a courtesy call to say the driver is running behind I called again to find out what’s going on they said they call the driver and get back to me 10mins I did a follow up call only to be told the driver left my order and the sent someone else again I waited another 30 mins still not delivery when I tried to call again at the store my calls were blocked at 2059 I got a call from a driver saying he can’t find his way I told him to take it back to the store as my sister had to place another order at Roman’s Pizza I’m not sure who is Tabisa I’m really disappointed in service you run no remorse or Accountability in your failure of...

Horrendous experience ordering on uber eats. Placed an order and waited over an hour and a half for our delivery. After following up with the store, who confirmed our order was being finalised, our order got cancelled as the store closed. We called the call centre and not one individual could assist. What a pleasant visit, staff treated us with a song - by the time we left we were singing this tune. Every time a customer walks in the teller asks “ what time is it” the staff reply PIZZA TIME 😅 kids loved this.
