Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

In desperate need of a service level upgrade...very poor service by the lady that called me to tell me that my in-app order could not be fully honored because they were short on rolls (...come on,give me a break,seriously...this shop is based in a big shopping mall where rolls can easily be purchased from a variety of places) calling me to tell me that they don't have another roll to complete my order is a terrible excuse...not even validated in my books. Rather tell me 'Sir the order may take a little longer than usual because we're out of rolls,but if you don't mind waiting a little while,we'll have your order ready as soon as possible "....THIS is the COURTEOUS thing to do,of which I would have willingly obliged and be patient to have my favourite meal on the menu...Understandably, Debonairs is franchised so the level of service is Inconsistent from place to place...the services need some serious...

I bought a "Meaty Crem Decker" but the pizza was more dough and tomato paste. It is extremely tough and hard. The cheese griller taste like it's been frozen and layed in water for a long time I'm very Disappointed in this Debonairs for the price one pays and we have to get such disappointment! You guys must honestly leave making pizzas if you can't make something properly don't sell the product. This is very horrible how can you do this to customers and your staff is extremely rude. this is unacceptable honestly . I placed and paid for an order online for a proposed time for collection. I went to the store on the proposed time, and it was only when I enquired about my order, the store processed the order. I further had to wait another 15-20 minutes for my order to be made. Poor service!!! The staff showed no sympathy on their side either.
