I recently had a takeout experience at RocoMamas Eastgate that started with a bit of a mix-up. I ordered for pickup but was accidentally given a doggy bag instead of my actual order. Wiseman, the night manager, went above and beyond to fix the situation.

While I couldn't get my food delivered that night, Wiseman arranged for me to time in any time and speak to a manager. When I arrived to pick up my remade order, Nolundi greeted me with exceptional customer service. Not only did she have my hot and fresh meal ready, but she also surprised me with a delicious chocolate shake on the house!

Despite the initial mistake, I was truly impressed by how RocoMamas Eastgate handled the situation. Wiseman's proactive approach and Nolundi's friendly service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.

Thanks to their efforts, I'll definitely be back to...

I visited RocoMamas eastgate with my girlfriend today. we enjoyed the meals but the service was appalling, i'm still in disbelief of our waitress Mickey, it was our first time trying out RocoMamas but wow!!!

She dumped the menus and 2 pens never even cared to offer drinks, Mickey our waitress with the dreadlocks made us feel like she is doing us a favour by serving us, she was super disinterested in serving us. we still tipped slightly over 10 percent even with the horrific service. she didn't even say thank you after we paid she just grabbed the bill with the cash and ran off untill we left. i was even mad at myself for giving her a tip because that was the most disgusting service i have ever received sinced i started breathing.

I will try a different RocoMama next time, i can never return to...
