Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

I had sent somebody to purchase a a panda rib burger meal *5 this morning and upon reaching there he was told that they dont come with chips, when he arrived back n informed me,i phoned the branch n queried it of which i was told that the meal does come with chips but they were nit ready, this was ready 10:30. I then sent the guy back to steers n when he comes back he has 2 incomplete meals (2 chips short for 2 burgers) , i then had to call again n complain of which 2more chips were sent. I must say your customer service is pathetic, in this day and age we need every customer we can get.i strive for awsome customer service all the time, next time i would rather visit another branch but never Eastgate and will inform my fellow...

I honestly prefer my chicken, but Steers was my go to for a juicy beef burger now and then. Eastgate Steers completely ruined that for me. "Fresh", or at least I hoped. I HAD to finish the burger since I couldn't afford something else and I didn't enjoy a single bite. As a food coconnoisseur, I find the best in every meal, so I'm not at all fussy but I'm definitely not recommending Eastgate...

The services sucks!!! My friend ordered breakfast for me, added money for quick delivery as I was about to checkout from hotel, they delayed the order until I check out, they mark the order as complete and delivered but I never received the order, we been trying to resolve this but the service is way so bad...I will never recommend this restaurant even to my enemies, nobody deserves this...
