I am writing to lodge a complaint of poor service i recieved from tge above mentioned store as per order no:107048363, the order was placedat exactly 19:27 and the ordee aas supposed to arrive at 20:10 as stated, at 20:10 i called the store and i was told that the order has already been dispatched and and i should wait outside the gate for the delivery, weve waited up until i called the store again at 20:36 and the person thatvi spoke to, apologized and told me that the delivery is going out now, again i waitedwith no success until someone called at 21:12 and said he was coming to deliver the pizza.
The pizza arrived at exactly 21:22 almost two hours later, i was given cold pizza which i was forced to eat as there was no other meal prepared fot the kids. Read moreI am submitting a formal complaint and leaving a negative review regarding Debonairs charging for a double stack but not actually applying it. Picture attached for reference—it appears something was lightly spread on, but certainly not enough to justify the R44.90 charge.
I frequently order from Debonairs and always place the same order: Chicken & Mushroom with extra Double Stack. On multiple occasions, I have received a pizza with little to no double stack—essentially just more dough.
The first time this happened, I let it go. The second time, I did the same. After that, I started proactively adding a note for the driver to confirm that double stack had been added before leaving the store. Despite this, my last order placed on Friday, 7 February, once again lacked the double stack.

We went to the store and was met by the manager and was treated with disrespect and aggression, aggression in the way that he was ready to get physical with me. How do you appoint managers that act in a aggressive way towards your customers when they are clearly in the wrong.
By the looking at the comments it's clear that this person is not suited for this position. Managers represent not just the store but the brand as a whole and this person does not represent the values your directors speak so highly of.
