Food Lover's Eatery Bank City — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ordered a pork burrito with chips. When I opened the packaging the pork looked off but I assumed it must be the sauce it was covered in. My assumption was quickly dispelled by the taste, it was disgustingly off. I went back and the friendly security lady directed me to another lady whom the security lady advised would help with the situation. I explained my experience to her and she asked what I'd like and I requested a refund. She provided a full refund, asked that I fill my details in and apologised. The aftermath was a stomach ache and diarrhea. The pattern I'm seeing with Food Lovers (not just this one) is how off their deli food tend to be and how quickly their "fresh" produce fruits goes off. It is worrisome and disappointing as I love their variety but I think its safer to stick to their smoothies from now on (quite nice and never experienced an...

I just wanted to share my experience with food lovers market Fnb bank city.

It’s a Friday right ? I know everyone’s tired they’ve had a long day, I was surprised to get great service from the telling when I purchased a litre of still water from the first teller. She was light in complexity highly trained exceptional service from her.

I have to admit that the supervisors are not trained well. I received disappointing service from Nonka. Hope management ( Her ) Manager who took time to stop and answer a simple question regarding water and why food lovers market doesn’t have Alkaline water as yet.

Hopefully the message will be relayed. Food lovers is still my favourite store however I don’t see the need for supervisors like Nonka she treats employees small that filters to customers like...

The most horrible Food Lovers I’ve been to ,the employees go out of their way to give you bad service! I asked to place an order from a guy by the burger section cause I had been waiting for too long and they weren’t paying attention to me ,he told he doesn’t take food orders. Then people started coming in aswell standing behind me , he reached out to them to ask for their orders skipping me ...The customers were Sakai surprised that I haven’t ordered cause they found me there. It’s so inconveniencing cause we go there during our Lunch time at work ,I’ll never go back cause this wasn’t the first time experiencing...
