I've always had bad service from this particular kfc but I've always let it slide because having worked in a resturant before I understand how hectic peak hours can get but for this to happen on every visit including off peak hours, to always recieve the same service is unacceptable. If it's not meat missing it's wrong sides or unbothered staff members always. From arrival the lady who helped me had attitude and responded as though I'm wasting her time, check it's night time we're all tired and have our own things going on I as a customer cannot feel the raft of what I was not part of. Staff members continue personal conversations unrelated to the outlet whilst assisting customers, I never know whether to order or wait for all of them to finish chatting. Staff members should also not be arguing or shouting at each other in the presence of customers it's very unsettling. Tell me why I ordered my food at 18:35 and recieved my order at 19:40, being busy is not even an excuse because customers that ordered the same thing I ordered after 7pm recieved their order before me. I was annoyed at that point I had no strength to be mad at the fact that some of my meat was missing skin and I got the tiniest wings I've ever gotten from kfc. Honestly you guys have way too many staff members that don't care and that's why ques go all the way to pizza hut. There is no order, lack of communication and lack of decorum. Read moreI don't usually give low ratings and when I do it's hardly 1 star... Firstly I didn't want KFC but my kids insisted. The line was longer than any other takeaways in the food court. I thought if I order online I could skip the queue. I only went to collect 5 min after the collection time thinking I'd give them extra time to get my order ready seeing they were so busy. There was already a small group of people waiting to collect their orders. One person who had made a large number of orders seemed to holdup the distribution of orders. I eventually managed to ask an employee to check for my online order. After some time of confusion the manager came out to me and explained... There's was no dunked sauce for the dunked burgers. He asked if he could give me normal burgers... Like I had a choice. Because of this they hadn't prepared my order. He didn't tel me this, so I ended up standing and waiting for over 20min. He didn't offer to refund me the difference for the normal burger without dunked sauce, but I but I insisted. Even if he offered me a larger chips or extra tomato sauce I would've been fine. Won't bother next time, not that I like KFC anyways.

Read moreI’ve been watching this for some time as it was not the first time experiencing this but a third as I’m a regular at the Mall. My question is as the Mall closes at 20:00 and every shop is obliged to do so. But if you go to KFC between 19:00- 19:30 if the meat is finished or anything you want to order is finished they tell u straight up that the meat is finished with zero willingness to make any as the shop if not closed yet. Is the maybe a cut time that if the meat is finished between those time they can’t make any if so then I think it’s best that it gets addressed in a sincere manner cause your cashiers will let customers stand in line and stare or be busy packing orders instead of letting the customers know that before getting disappointed at the counter!
