McDonald's Braamfontein — Restaurant in Gauteng

Good morning, I was at this establishment yesterday around 7pm (date 23/05/2021)

We bought takeaway with my girlfriend then she needed to use to toilet one lady aproched her and told her the toilet is not working, I was surprised in the manner in which she spoke to her, then I simply asked for the manager who took about 15 minutes to be available but I understand maybe she was busy with something. When I told her about our situation she just said they say it's not working, then wen I took out my phone to record the conversation she then realized this might go too far. Thus when I asked where does your stuff go wen they need to use the toilet. She then said let me take u upstairs.

The manager then called me to give me my order, I did not check it coz I wanted to be out of that place but when I got to the car. I realized they did not give me my full order, but when I went back to rectify it they realized they made a mistake and corrected it. But it's clear from the look of things they only wanted to get rid of us.

I suggest a proper customer service in this establishment, Queen was the manager, her team is...

Honestly this review has been a long time coming. Their food is always fresh and they try by all means to speed up their orders. Now this thing of rude employees has has to stop especially the ladies tending to people. I was appalled by one of the the cashiers' behavior where she rudely told some uber drivers drivers to give her space 😳the lady was short...looks a bit old and was on duty today the 17th of September September between 8pm and 8:30. They are forever out of basic things that one expects a burger shop should have. The other day they ran out of lettuce today my Cajun burger had didn't have a mere tomato slice. What is going on??? My sundae was not even half the cup. Lastly there are 2 ladies who I believe are supervisors supervisors or team leaders...You guys are very rude. One is dark skinne...curvaceous and forever dressed in formal. The other one is light skinned always wearing crocs... Normally works in the evenings. She's always shouting!! I hope you take this as constructive criticism and change your your ways. Saying I am tired is an understatement when coming...

Beautiful place, not mentioning the staff aiii I give the customer service a 11 out of 10. Lets forget about the food for now as the food is always great.

There was a lady welcoming us as soon as we walked in through the door. Asked us if we knew how to order on our own and if we had the app. We said no. Now instead of rushing us through all these she simply took us to the side and guided us step by step on the app setup and how to use it in conjunction with the self service screen and what to always do. She helped place our orders calmly and with patience. Alliwing us to view the different choices before making final decisions. The food was at our tabke within minutes. Burgers fresh and drinks steaming. My coffee was too strong and i asked for more when i was leaving. The other lady at the counter gratefully gave me and even asked if i still had tge spoon, which i had left upstairs so i said no. And she took the time and looked for another one.

We left with smiles all around. Not because of the food noo. But because of the excellent treatment we had just...
