Motherland Coffee Company - Victory Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

We went to Motherland Coffee Victory Park but got a terrible experience. I asked her if she would recommend something cold and just walks away and started chatting. The other staff are also not very helpful. They are unwilling to help, insult you and unfriendly. They said they lost my order!? How do you loose an order!? Other costumers also took there drinks back because it was the wrong order. The food was actually quite good but took long. The atmosfeer and seating is okay. I would not recommend if you are looking for a long experience but for a quick drink it...

Staff are incompetent and untrained. After placing our order and waiting for 10 minutes, the lady behind the counter shouts to us to ask what we ordered. Kitchen staff then had to come and look at the menu to see what needed to be included in our order. Staff are not friendly and are more focused on having their own (and very loud) conversations than they are on fulfilling orders that have already been paid for and attending to customers. When I asked the Waitress, Carol to give me a container to put my expensive toasted chicken mayo into she took my plate so I got up and followed her just in time to see her picking up my sandwich with her dirty hands and wrapping it in a paper wrapper.
