The staff at this takeaway are obviously very, unhappy or not motivated in their job. Moral is low. This plays out in average/don’t care or rude service. Even tips are not met with gratitude. The ladies talk under their voice and you’re not really sure if they got you’re ‘special requests around allergies etc. are they trained for this job? Placed an order on Uber Eats on a Thursday evening before 8pm - fairly simple order of 2 wraps. Initially order was accepted, then about 10 minutes later I receive a notification to say the order was cancelled. No further explanation, and suddenly the store is offline. Couldn't care less if the issue was with the restaurant or Uber Eats, this is pathetic service, and I've never experienced this with any previous online orders. If the order can't be completed, don't accept it in the first place. Definitely won't bother ordering...

Just ordered on Uber Eats. Wake up starving in loadshedding - decide to order out, I search for the restaurants with the quickest delivery time... The Victory park store is 800m away from my house - the advertised delivery time is 20 minutes. The moment I order the delivery time is now one hour and ten minutes.
