Roman's Pizza Auckland Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

I have been dissatisfied with the Auckland Roman's pizza for some time now, and today I have to speak up. Everytime there is an issue at that branch we as the customers are left feeling dissapointed. For example.. Not so long ago something "was not working" we were told they don't accept cash we have to swipe. Why since when? Other branches they literally have a book where they write down the orders and the amount of money that was given for the order. Apparently when we have big orders we must request for a big brown bag or we should purchase one, since when?? Every other Roman's I go to I get a brown bag so why must I request or buy one? The staff is moody and lack social skills, they are annoyed most of the time and they are more bothered with Uber eats guys than the actual customers in store. There were interviews held once there, so awkward and inconvenient, my family and I didn't even want to sit and enjoy ourselves because interviews were being held. I can only imagine how the interviewees felt. Pizza pie.... wow the dough was not bake throughly, too much tomato paste and barely cheese. The olives one time were a bit old so they tasted like fermented grapes... Imagine living not so far from a Roman's pizza but you have to go to towns Romans for good service and food.

I could go on and on with the complaints I have regarding that branch.

Do better, train the staff, hire better people that are interested in their work and take pride in what they do. The attitude stinks of all the ladies working there please...

Hi Yesterday I called in to order pizza the one on promo and I was assisted by a lady by the name Melisa I think , on my way to collect I was getting lost and I called again same person picked up and gave me the right directions , by far this is the best service I’ve ever gotten , she is the best and likes what she does , when I got there she had this huge smile on her face so happy to see that I made it , if she is not a manager please do make her one because she understands what customer service is , Romans Pizza Aukland (in campus square) will be my new place for pizza because of...

I was visiting Soweto last week Sunday from Cape Town and popped in for something to eat and was assisted by such a wonderful individual (Ntando). Me being indecisive, the cashier was patient, let me know of options I had, and suggested a couple of good options, too(enjoyed the four in one pizza pie as a starter).
