I went onto the website - asked for delivery, and got an SMS saying I need to collect in 20 minutes. I
I phoned the branch to tell them that I wasn't able to collect and had asked to deliver - first I got a staff member who couldn't understand what I was saying, then a second staff member came onto the phone and was able to take down my details.
It is now an hour and a half and we are still waiting for delivery!
Thank you Roman's Pizza for reaching out and wanting to know more about what happened - The food was fine, although by the time it got here it was cold and we had to warm it up. I don't generally mind if my order runs late on a Friday night - I know it gets busy, but it would be good just to get feedback or a forewarning that things are running late. And would be nice if the food would arrive warm. The second lady was helpful, but we struggled for quite a considerable amount of time with the first lady before the second lady came on. I do however appreciate you reaching out. I know these things happen, but as mentioned - if they can just notify us that things are busy/they running late/etc.

Read moreI placed an order online, we went to the store 20 minutes later as that was the confirmed time to collect. We stood there for an hour. After we've waited for an hour we asked where our order was and the lady asked the person that is making the food where is order numer 178 and he advised her that he did not receive any order number 178, this was after we have paid for the order. Frustrated after waiting so long in the shop we went back home and placed the same order for delivery. 2 hours later. And we still waited. We phoned to ask if the driver left the store, the driver did leave the store. 20 minutes later we phoned again asking for feedback on the driver they answered the phone and said they will get the person who assisted us to give us feedback, another 10 minutes of just waiting for someone to assist while we are waiting on the phone, decided to end the call and call back, asked again can someone please just let us know the status of the driver. No help. The driver phoned us after 45 minutes saying he is here, in the meantime we asked them just to cancel our order, because what is the point in...
Read moreI called in to order and I was made to hold for over 10min after that my call was cancelled. Whilst on hold Puseletso took 5 new orders whilst I was waiting for her to attend to me. The call cut after 10min and then I called again only to be put on hold for another 3 minutes. By this time I had physically arrived at the Restaurant all she said was she attends to physically present customers and disregards the ones on the phone. Such horrible service: I am just told they tend to customers that are in physically there and not pay attention to customers calling. Honestly this is such a bad principle and such horrible customer service because they claim we can call in but then not attend to calls. A simple: ‘we are busy please call after 10min’ would have sufficed, why ignore me waiting on the phone.
