Unfriendly phone pickup not understanding my order, phone abruptly handed to someone else, again explained my order and collecting of order. After half an hour Lerato contact me again I explain to her that I am still struggling with the collection process as I am unable to drive, Lerato phoned me after an hour and told me their driver will deliver it. I asked about the price change menu VS amount charged, still not sure why but say thanks any way. I gave the money to my mother as I had to take my pills for pain and knew I am going to be a sleep. NOW.... Apart from the rudeness on the phone, the difference in prices, COLD PIZZAS, I also had to give a very unpleasant man/driver a tip for his inconvenience caused. Now, I can handle rudeness, but COLD Pizza-NO. AND THEN NO ONE ON this Planet or World will ever be rude to my mom that is nearly 70 years old, and to tell her in her face "Why was it his problem and necessary for him to Deliver if we had Uber, after I explained to the Lerato of the problem I am experiencing, I even asked her for a contact number for Uber which she wrote on my slip. For the first time I had to eat Cold Seafood pizza and Chicken Mayo with Fera, even warming it in a microwave does not give you the Pizza experience that no one can copy. Read moreI placed my order at 17:45. I placed my first call at 18:27 and was told that my order just left and is on the way. I called again at 18:45 and was told that they were going to call the driver and they never got back to me. I then called again 5 minutes later and was told the same again. at 19:00 I called and did not get through so called for the 5th time, only to be told that the driver was outside and couldn't get hold of me. There was no call and no hoot outside. The cashier told me that there was a fault in the system and my number was incorrect. The number does not match any cellphone ever registered with my profile. I informed her that I was unhappy with the customer service I received and was going to cancel the order if it did not arrive by 19:10, double the time it was expected to arrive from the time the order was placed. I waited the gate for more than 10 minutes, to no avail. As I came back in, the driver called me. I answered and was by greeted by him shouting at me and telling me that he was doubful whether my address was suspicious or not. He instructed me to send him my live location via WhatsApp and after doing as was told, he sent me his location, which indicated he was still at the Hatfield branch and not anywhere close to my address, which makes me doubt whether he left in the first place. Read moreAm very disappointed with the service I received here today. Normally I would call and pick it for collection, today I opted for delivery. I placed my order at 19:14, the lady who was assisting me said it will be delivered between 25-45 minutes, at exactly 20:00 I called and it seemed like they could not find my order. I asked to speak to the supervisor, of which he made me hold for 7 good minutes before I could talk to him. I decided to drive and go collect the pizza myself in the store, upon my arrival, the delivery guy was just there, they could have just given me the pizza. The supposed supervisor did not even care to apologise or come talk to me while I was still in the store. I left the store came home, after few minutes I arrived home the delivery guy said his outside at 20:48. It took 1h45 minutes for the delivery . I wasted my petrol to drive and still had to pay for the delivery fee. If not because my kids wanted to eat pizza, I should have cancelled the order.
