Currently sitting at Roman's Norwood. Ordered the chicken lasagna and chicken pasta. I got only 1 fork for 2 people - apparently they don't have any forks, if they were interested ofcourse they would walk across the road to buy some forks for their customers. Furthermore, both the pasta fillings are split and curdled. The lasagna is swimming in water and bland with zero flavour. The attitude of the staff is definitely reflected in the food - POOR. Will not be coming here again and neither will I be following any link to review again!

I've been to this Roman's twice and not that great of an experience, their lasagne was burnt and the waiting time was unreasonable for the order. And when I complained the second time I felt my pizza was on the charred side, the manager was not receptive to my complaints. Not in a rush to return to this particular diner.

Worse service from Romans Norwood. Ordered through Mr D, ended up getting someone else’s order and half the items I ordered. I phoned waiting 10 minutes for the phone to be picked up by them and then saying no they tried to stop the driver, I requested my order to be delivered and the wrong order I received to be collected same time and still waiting… Phoned back and call just drops as soon as I explain the situation.. 0 rating from me This kind of service stopped me from using Mr D in the future due to untrained and uneducated staff...

Ordered a meal for a family of 4 Needless to say a waste of time and money, The garlic bread supreme chicken looked like it was just vomit under cheese which was not even grilled and melted the bread was hard and the meal was cold, oh yes n the pepsi was so warm like it was put in an oven and given to us. Disgusting not again will I or my family be ordering from Romans pizza.

To date no one has contacted me, goes to show poor management and a do not...
