We have a wonderful experience with every visit to this store. Wait staff are amazing and have excellent work ethic. Ladies like Sisa (Amanda) and Christobel (Mandisa) are at the top of their game and make us want to come back even more often than we already do. They treat us like we are part of their family & make us feel extra special. Food is off impeccable quality and never fails us. James; with his superb hosting skills is a gem, he constantly checks in with guests to ensure comfort, quality and support! Let me not forget about Penny, the gracious store manager, who is on point! She runs that place like a well oiled machine. We have been visiting this store even before our kids and I have seen this woman work, it’s soo understandable why her staff have such outstanding work ethic; after all they do have the best chiefess (female chief) leading them. Hats off to you my lady!

The very last time we visited the experience was even more memorable. I knew I had lost my baby’s change mat but I didn’t know where exactly. As usual the time spent at the restaurant was amazing but as we left; the kids had to remove their tags in the play area so I took them. The attendant removed their tags, greeted my kids by their names and we began to walk away then to my dismay the attendant stopped in my tracks and called out to me to say that I had left the change mat in the booth the last time I was there! I was beyond blown away, she attends to so many kids, sees soo many parents but she knew exactly who I was and knew that the mat belonged to me. Give that woman a raise🤩, in fact give all of them a raise! They all truly deserve it.

No other Spur Halaal franchise can compete this team of people. Please don’t ever lose these people!!!

I recently visited San Antonio Spur Steak Ranch (Halaal), there were both positive and negative aspects.

Starting with the positives, I received excellent service from my server, Cynthia. She was friendly and attentive, and it was a pleasure to be attended to by her.

However, I was disappointed with the limited options on the menu. I was hoping for a wider variety of dishes to choose from, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

The biggest letdown of the evening was the quality of the food. My steak was subpar and didn't meet my expectations at all. It was a frustrating experience, especially since I was looking forward to a satisfying and delicious meal.
