Steers Menlyn Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE SERVICE FOOD WASNT EVEN NICE!

We are from the Free State and have waited a year to enjoy a Steeers experience... Unfortunately we had a terrible experience which questions if I'll EVER have Steers again...

The person who took my order tried rushing me after I had just arrived ... I had to tell her to give me a chance to look at the menu and order for 6 people. It was very rude.

The order was simple but it was messed up because the incorrect packaging was being used to wrap the burgers. I had to send it back just to find out what was what.

The food was tasteless and the size of the burgers was ridiculous. Major false advertising on Steers part but also incredibly disappointing at the decreasing quality of Steers products.

The order was incomplete. I again had to go back...

The branch in Menlyn Mall Food Court is giving Steers a bad name, the people who work there obviously need more training and better supervision. This experience left me with a bad taste...

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bought 5 ice creams for take away through the Momentum Multiply app. Long story short, money was deducted from my account,all the prove was given to them that the transaction was successful (after they asked for the purchase code), WAITED LITERALLY 30MIN where they just refuse to give us our order because it's not showing on their system. When the manager was called he made NO EFFORT what so ever to help! 4x people behind the counter and 1x manager, not once did they tried to find a solution or...

The service here is appalling, the staff takes their time to attend to customers. Even worse the management has no customer care skills whatsoever, the manager was unable to resolve a simple transaction uncertainty for an ice cream purchase. I was told to wait until “only they know when” for a transaction to return to my account which never did even to this day. No matter how hungry you are, don’t even think of...
