This Norwood Steers has the far most rude cashiers ever(seriously). A few months back, I called to order and it so happened that I was ordering for the whole office.One of my colleagues wanted to add something to their order so I told the steers guy to hold for a sec. It took me a few seconds but the steers guys accused me of wasting his time and buy didn't he start yelling at me. I was shocked really and felt verbally abused so I asked to speak to the manager who was of no help and Instead he told me how wonderful the guy is and that he must have been having a bad day. Today my colleague called in, to order and he received the same bad service and he actually ended up not ordering from them. Norwood Steers, please have a bit of respect for your customers. Unfortunately have had multiple terrible experiences here! From wrong orders where the branch just doesn't seem to care (nor any response received from email to corperate or complaints on their own app)! Tonight after waiting over 1.5 hours we still do not have our food (and after 9pm now so the branch is closed), and after a call from the branch an hour ago saying our food was on its way, but the driver had a few stops (but seriously how many stops can one bike make???)! Last time we will be ordering from this branch, not worth the frustration!!! *UPDATE! OUR FOOD ARRIVED (SEE PICTURES)! Not only did they get some food wrong (ordered and paid for 2 cheesy chips only got 1!) But the food was ordered 7:25 and was delivered in an unedible state at 9:40! This is an actual joke! My friends and I went for breakfast to Steers early on a Monday morning. I accidentally left my purse there and driving through that Steers again a week later, I asked if they had seen my purse and they said yes. They had kept it locked away for me with everything in, my drivers license, debt card, ID, everything down to the last cent was in there. When we arrived on the Saturday morning to see if they had my purse, it was around 5am. I asked if they could call the manager to unlock the office my purse was in and the manager was there within 15 minutes.
