Pathetic service, lazy staff. Gobsmacked about their service. Fire the lot and train youngsters that want to wotk. Waited 30 mins for a smoked trout bagel only to be told they dont have trout and she even looked in the fridge. Where the heck is the fridge, in JHB? My wifes meal was sitting for 20 minutes on the counter. I ordered two eggs and toast which took another 15 minutes. Then instead if bringing to the table they were having a chat with each other. I went to collect it myself and the person behind the table scoffed my waitron will bring it over. I just grabbed it and came to eat. Our coffee and drink came 5 minutes later with not even a sorry. Coffee was heated in the microwave and despite me giving a clear instruction to remove the fresh orange pulp, guess what full of pulp. Patrons that came afwards was served well before us. My wife noticed one kitchen hand was pulling chicken with her bare hands, bloody disgusting, I should report their unhygiene practices. The guy in green shirt sneezed and scratched in his nose and walked away without santizing his hands. They werent even busy. Oh well everything of this experience sucked and you should get a big fat 0! Fire those lazy useless people! Two eggs and toast R67, small iranfe juice R47. Yikes a ripoff...

The food is just awful for the premium price we are paying. The chicken was dry as the Sahara dessert, we were forced to down it with the coffee otherwise it's not even chewable. The toast was so dry and hard we could barley bite into it. Precious visit we ordered scones which was stale that even when we picked it up it crumbled.

It’s been years now and Woolies isn’t picking up their feet on efficiency with waiters. Firstly they’re not friendly at all.
