We had a change to visit this restaurant as part of Restaurant Week, we selected this venue as I personally love Burgers, and just not have had the opportunity to try them. Their Restaurant Week menu offered a 3 course lunch menu of starters (2 Salads), mains (3 Burgers) and a desert (one of their regular menu – choice of 3). For starters we selected one of each they had on offer. The Brown Rice & Quinoa Salad was freshly made however very bland (having had plenty of these before which were a lot tastier at other restaurants -and including my own home made version). The Beetroot & Feta Salad was definitely the star of our visit – the combination of the salty feta, sweet walnuts & earthy beetroot a beautiful combo with the spicy rocket leaves and touches of balsamic glaze. For mains we tried their Southern Fried Chicken Burger and Bacon & Cheese Burger. Southern Fried Chicken Burger – The southern spices on the chicken breast were good however the deep-fried crust was very oily. Bacon & Cheese Burger – The patty was under seasoned and bland. Both burgers were served with “American cheese” which I personally think tastes of nothing (what's wrong with good old SA Cheddar?) and were served on top of a sesame seasoned “brioche” bun which unfortunately seemed a waist of effort as the buns ended up tasting like every other supermarket variety. During our meal, one of the waitresses approached our table and tried to apologise as they had seemed to run out of deserts - which were part of the Restaurant Week menu offering (!?!) and offered to give us either espressos or milkshakes instead. We opted for the espressos however could not believe that an eatery could not have one desert available for their patrons – really? And they were half full by the time we left as well.... The nice, friendly service would unfortunately not compel us to try their underwhelming food at this restaurant again nor...
Read moreJust from the outset, Im not someone who gives very many 5 stars but this place deserves it.
I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and I was hoping it would be an amazing experience.
Service and Setting
From the time we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and shown to our seats.
I like a nice quiet and neat place and this place was perfect. Great almosphere.
Throughout the evening, the staff and management constantly checked if we were fine. Enough was the lady who served us and her attitude was so refreshing and she served us timeously and with a smile the entire evening.
Food
We ordered the Wagyu Truffle and Cheese Burger and I have to say this was the BEST burger I've ever eaten... Juicy and yummy. My gf had the same meal and the level of consistency is great to see with both meals done really well and the meals were served so quickly that we didnt even notice the wait.
I ordered the Cookies and Cream milkshake and it was really yummy. Next time Im going to try the Peanut Butter milkshake 😋
Value
Best value for money for High quality and yummy food!!!
Will definitely visit again!
This place never disappoints... Great service and value... Excellent food quality and taste... This should be the gold standard that other restaurants should aim to emulate... Well done the management!!!

Read more23.12.2018 After watching a show at Times Square we weren't sure what eateries would be available for walk-ins (as most are usually full and require Bookings when there is shows) or would still be open as its a late Sunday. We went across to Menlyn Maine and decided to try Ribs N Burgers, as I have been craving Ribs.
They not your usual restaurant, as you need to place your orders at the counter and they will bring your food to you and the bill thereafter.
The menu is limited if you not a meat / junk type food eater. It's nice to see they have Beef, Pork and Lamb Ribs, i chose the Pork st Louis Ribs with Onion Rings and the Chilli Mayo. The rest of the family opted for burgers, i.e. the Aussie, the Cheeseburger, etc with Sweet Potato Fries.
To wash it down, we each took a different Lemonade I.e. Original, Apple or Mint. All were really good, and my brother had the Salted Caramel Milkshake.
I loved my Ribs, it was juicy and tender, but still doesn't have that sticky vibe I was hoping for. Their Onion Rings dunked with some Chilli Mayo are really good and are easily competition for Spur. The Sweet Potato Fries I can also say were tasty, but not my thing.
Although more like a Takeaway, we all enjoyed our meals and drinks and so glad i have a branch closer to work, as well as finally trying this branch since it opened a long while back. The food arrived quite quickly, the service was a bit slow.
