It's really not worth staying here. Check-in is a nightmare. This place is absolutely way too big. First, you must go to reception , with not enough parking space outside. Then, get your electronic key. Drive out of complex , around the corner into a huge parking garage where you have to park in your precise parking. Take caution on taking the wrong lift. No trollies and the walk to the apartments are far. Be aware that not all apartments have aircon. Also, we had complimentary coffee, and our kids didn't. There are no aircons in the huge corridors. Our coffee machine in 1217 didn't work. Yesterday evening, after checking in that afternoon, our electronic card didn't work at 1hoo in the morning. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff at check-in. This is really a confusing place to stay in. Also, there is no information in the room about the swimming pool, wifi,gym facilities and sights nearby. Most visitors are from out of town. Not...

My husband and I visited for one night during March 2025. ||We hit some rush hour traffic right outside the entrance of the building (this is due to the road leading onto a main road with no traffic lights), but otherwise the location was really easy to find and super easy to check in. We were provided with a keycard that you use to open the parking barriers to the undercover car park at the back of the building, and this key also opens all doors / operates all lifts in the building. The parking and building both felt really safe and secure. ||The accommodation is in an excellent location, super close (walking distance) to a really nice shopping centre with all amenities including Spar, Woolies, Tops, Kauai, ATM’s, etc. ||Our room was really clean and beautifully modern. ||As a bonus we were also able to access Netflix for free.||Will definitely...

We booked our stay at Menlyn Maine Luxury Rentals trough Nightsbridge, but when we came to reception of the place they did not receive our booking and did not have a room available for us, we did not have a place to stay the evening even though we made the payment and got a booking confirmation email.||They did refund us within three days but is was a major inconvenience as we had to make other arrangements for the evening.||||I advise all to email the owner/s before check in to get the room number confirmed as well as confirmation they the reception has...
