The atmosphere and staff are delightful. If you just want a place to relax with coffee and cake, and to chill out, this place is perfect. Lots of interesting art to look at. However….the food is a huge let down and not recommended. Not one dish is worth my money. Our food is always warmed up from either frozen or from refrigeration, and was quite cold. We gave Art Cafe many chances to improve by continually going back, but same old, same old. Portion sizes are also very stingy and we had to order cake to fill us up. With so many restaurants offering great food specials, delicious hot meals freshly prepared and filling portions, it’s just not worth the money to have a meal at Art Cafe, which is both not fresh made nor hot and with child like tiny portions. The Coffee Shop served a superb lunch, and the service was quick and friendly. Did not try a dessert but word has it the Carrot Cake is infamous and addictive!
