Pizzaboyz Umhlanga — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

From 6.45pm until now (8pm) there has been a crowd of patrons at your establishment making excessive noise, shouting, screaming, hollering. Numerous complaints were made from residents in the area, security attended to these complaints as well, to no avail. Staff at your restaurant did nothing about it. Before taking on function reservations at your restaurant, allow me to suggest you be properly equipped to do so. This is an area with numerous residents, many of whom support your establishment. So for future, beware of biting the hand that feeds you, and if this is a reoccurance I sincerely hope Metro fines you, as we won't be wasting time with security companies. The noise continues....

In response to your reply below, the BC rules do not apply to EXCESSIVE noise that infringes on others' rights. As mentioned I have been informed by Ridge Town security that they recieved more than one complaint in addition to mine. Poor response and lack of accountability. Again, the next time I hope you're fined. I will personally see to it that EVERY excessive noise disturbance going forward is reported and investigated through Metro as well as the Ridgeton Towers...

I recently visited Pizza Boyz Umhlanga with high hopes of enjoying a hearty meal, but unfortunately, my experience left me a bit disappointed. I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese, which, to their credit, was quite tasty. The sauce was rich, the pasta was cooked well, and the portion size was generous.

However, what baffled me was the choice of utensils. When my meal arrived, I was handed a spoon instead of a fork to eat my spaghetti. It made eating the dish far more challenging than it should have been.(Like eating Dhall with a Fork)

I asked the staff if I could have a fork, they have advised that they have only Spoons

Overall, the food was good, but the unconventional utensil choice took away from the enjoyment of the meal. If you're a fan of eating spaghetti with a spoon, this might be your place. Otherwise, you might want to clarify your preferences before...

Phoned an order to collect yesterday (order 35) Was told "I'm busy with a customer, please call back" called back in 10 minutes and the phone call kept making weird noises making it almost impossible to speak to the guy on the phone.. we get there 30 minutes later (was told 15 minutes) and had to wait 10 minutes to pay for order as they were collecting payment from someone who got there before us (took 10 minutes to run a card, can you believe it?)

Finally our turn to pay comes and we asked to add drinks to our order we pay only to realise that they didnt add the drinks (another wait)

Our order arrives as we decided to eat there. Food was good until we asked to reheat a kids slice of pizza and it comes back burnt.
