Ambiance🎶 The decor is very classy and the lighting is warm and comforting in the evening. However, the seating arrangements for large families (15+) could be better. The buffet setup is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. There was a live singer who sang really good and he kept the atmosphere lively.

Service 👨🏻‍🍳 The staff are attentive and helpful. Our servers ensured our empty plates were taken away and always asked if we required anything. The buffet staff were efficient in replenishing dishes and maintaining the spread.

Food 🍽️ The buffet was incredible. With a vast array of dishes, including curries, pastas, meats, fresh seafood and desserts. The main attraction for me is the prawns. There was a variety of vegetarian dishes as well.

Value 💵 Given the vast selection and quality of food, the buffet price is an excellent value. My family and I left feeling satisfied and full, with no room for complaint.

Overall Experience 💯 My experience was fantastic. The buffet offers a great way to sample various dishes, and the staff's hospitality adds to the experience. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious and satisfying meals for you and your family and friends.

It deeply saddens me that I have used this Venus for the past 9 years more than 10 times and never have I been treated in the manner that we have been recently. I have used it for birthdays, family gatherings and company events.Firstly I had a credit of R1800 from 2022 and was told that I couldn't use it, I'm sure all records are kept and maintained on an electronic server for them to have record as bookings are made on reservations, secondly I booked a company event for 23 people and due to unforseen circumstances 3 of my staff couldn't make it,This was also explained to the reservations Clark when she called around 10 whereby she was informed that I cannot be sure how many will attend.After completing our event and when it was time to pay I was still charged for 23 people yet only 20 people attended bare in mind the table was only set for 21,We even spoke to the manager Owen and told him that this has never happend in the past and being of no assistance he said that he cannot assist and if the venue was booked for 23 then full payment must be made.Very dissapointed and would never be using this venue again.Money is not the issue it's the principle...
