I was hoping that you could kindly pass on my utmost gratitude for the outstanding hospitality that was shown to my family by Blessings Tazvivinga who worked as a waiter. Her name tag stated that she was a student and it looked as if she helped her fellow waiter who she was “shadowing”.After a while I kindly asked that we would be served by Blessings for 2 days straight. From the very first day, when Blessings greeted us all with a friendly smile, the service she provided was first class. Even during lunch when the restaurant  got extremely busy, Blessings never got flustered and showed total dedication and commitment to her duties and treated everyone to the same high standard of service whether it was for a table of 5 ordered food and some beverages or to our young daughter of 10 years old who simply wanted ice cream, as well as orange juice Blessings, was excellent. How Blessings kept up her sense of humor, enthusiasm and energy levels is beyond my belief. Although we saw other waiters throughout the day, Blessings never seemed to be off duty and I’m sure she must work very long hours. However, she truly is a credit to your hotel and he fully epitomizes what 5-star services is all about. Please pass on our thanks to her once again and I hope you will be able to offer him some kind of accolade for her tremendous efforts in making our dinner with you so enjoyable. I recently had the chance to experience the Breakers Brunch at the Radisson Blu Hotel, and it truly lived up to its reputation. October 17th, it's our anniversary. We driving into town not sure where to go for breakfast. I tell my husband that someone posted pictures of Radison Blu, Tobago's Restaurant the previous night. Let's try it out.

We drove in and the security on duty welcomed us with a smile. We weren't sure how things worked but we were welcomed with such warmth even at the door. As we stepped in the restaurant called us with it's scenic view.

Staff really made us feel welcome and apart of the Radison Blu family. We went with the buffet breakfast and it was the best ever. We had some beautiful omelets from the kitchen and definitely made with love. The chef delivered it personally with the biggest smile on her face.

Bongi was our waitress and she has done an absolute amazing job by making us feel home and looking after us. We had students checking on us and they were great.

We went for a little walk not realizing that buffet closes at 10h30. When we got back to our seats at 10h45, Bongi kept our pre ordered waffles and pancakes as discussed because kitchen closed.

Radison Blu you have the most amazing staff.
