SAD UPDATE!!! From A REGULAR that spends alot here... I AM A EUROPEAN OF COLOUR AND LIVING IN CAPE TOWN, I have never been treated like i was on sunday, all for the preferential treatment of a group of white people, just because you're white you are not right!

We were seated on the smallest table 2 of us our drinks and plates just about fit when we got our food but first, while waiting for our drinks, i love the window seat, we all do. We saw a window table open up, to which we moved, then the waiter said there were people waiting for the table i looked and saw 4, so i said ok and moved back to my baby table, turns out it was a mother and daughter and just the mother had a drink, we get our drinks 10 minutes later they joined by 3 people, now they to many for a 4 person table, to which they should have been moved to a table that can accommodate them, but no, one of the party then jumped on the table behind them so 5 people using two separate tables while everyone knows we wanted i window seat, to which we should have gotten that table, now we get our food and these people still only have the one drink the lady came to the table with, then i start eating, to which they joined by another 4 making them now 9 so cleary these two separate tables are not enough they cant turn them or add because then it disrupts the flow and walkway, but what do they do they do just that add a table to another so they can sit there, meaning 5 out of the 9 cant see out the window anyway so why were they not moved?!?!?! Now i am eating my food and find a hair in my chips and also my burger is far from edible, i tell the waitress and she call the manager, the manager says she'll fix it but by this time i lost my appetite and im still angry at these people who think they can do what they want, my new plate arrives and i take it for takeaway but never ate it because i couldnt, this please was my favorite go to at the weekends and sometimes in the week but now i will never be back, they buggest consumer here are people of colour from what i have seen, so whites should be treated worse than those of colour, it was good while it lasted but ill never be back and my rating will now reflect my last attendance here, I am sure Spur downstairs will love having extra...

If I could give zero stars I would. When we arrived at Tigers Milk we were seated and no waiter came to to take our orders for 15 minutes. When we spoke to the manager about it, she was surprised and got our waiter to come to our table. When our waiter, Vincent eventually arrived he took our orders and left. We ended up waiting the next 25 minutes to have our drinks brought to the table let alone the little food we ordered. The food arrived another 25 minutes after the drinks arrived only to have one of meals burnt. I went to the manager to go complain and when asked if the meal was supposed to be burnt she said yes. She then proceeded to find our waiter who then came to our table to check if the meal was burnt. Upon realizing it was in fact burnt they took it away immediately. We then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for the meal. We then decided that it was time to leave when our meal finally arrived. We asked for boxes to take it home and the waiter said yes but then forget to bring it to us. We had to remind him to bring the boxes and the bill. It was during this time when we were about to leave when another man walked past our table to the next table with a bottle in hand and smashed the glass bottle in his face. This was in front of children and there was blood everywhere. One of the man's friend held him back before a fight could break out but the entire experience was traumatizing and shocking. This occurrence happened on the 15/12/2022. I can honestly say that I will not be returning to that Tigers Milk ever again. My experience was anything but enjoyable and I hope this review gets reviewed by the staff of Tigers Milk so that the appropriate changes...

My family brought me here for a birthday surprise. The food was great, tasty and cooked with lots of love. Unfortunately the customer service was terrible. For this reason I will not go back nor support the establishment. Our waiter,Prince felt the need to racially profile us and give us mediocre and poor service, Ithought restaurants errepady this? Other patrons that were not my color received smiles, laughs and quick service. For example, a couple came in 30 mins after us and they got drinks and their food. Our food was standing at the kitchen and wenhad to wait. We had to ask another waiter to bring us additional serviettes. Our table received an annoyed , irritated waiter, it was like we were an inconvenience. Towards the end, another waiter came to take our payment because ours was too busy watching the soccer or looking at women. There was also a moment where we called him and he blatently ignored us. Now coming from a customer service background it was just pathetic. If this is what the manager allows then I'd not support. I'm not even sure the manager was there. If he /she was there , then they were not attentive to any of the behaviors happening from the staff. What a terrible experience for a birthday celebration. There was one staff member who deserves recognition...Kayden, he checked in even though it was not his table. He was friendly and smiled and gave the service we should have had.
