The people who pride themselves with the high spirit of generosity😁. Maanh, I've been in Mugg and Bean throughout the prime of my traveling times. This Mugg and Bean just has something added to it, especially for the fact that it just opened recently... I had a blast of a rib & wings combo with my favorite coffee ☕️ cafe lattè, my wife had an awesome Big Daddy burger that she couldn't even finishbecause it was so big🤭. Don't even get me started with the stuff😍. Amazing stuff, guys, Lungile, Cricinda, Boetumelo, and more, guys you are awesome and this is just the start so keep up the moral please. Always work as though it's your own company because in that way, you'll make your customers happy easier and will make greater returns not just tip wise but, most importantly, reaching your daily target with ease. Management, thank you very much for fantastic service from your waiters. A positive and active management makes a positive leadership and makes a huge impact on their employees. Steven, our server, was inattentive and lied about the coffee bar being crowded to avoid admitting he had forgotten about our drinks order (we know this because everyone around us was getting our coffee except for us) and when we wanted a refill on one of the bottomless fizzy drinks, we motioned for him but he walked past us three times to the point where my friend had to stand up and chase after him for her refill. Moreover, when he brought out coffees, he brought them without a saucer. Finally, when asking us to review Mugg and Bean on Google, he took my friend’s phone from her hand and placed a inaccurate and deceiving five-star review on her behalf without affording her the luxury of addressing her grievances adequately. Fortunately, he is busy pretending to be an adequate server to other clients at the moment, so that affords me this opportunity to consolidate the truth about this server.
