Horrible service. I would like to complain about your delivery service:

1. I ordered 2 pop prawns and 2 hake and chips. When my order arrived the driver forgot my pop prawns. So I phoned and told them and they said that the driver would come past and drop it off. I waited 40 minutes and nothing arrived so I tried to call again (3 times) and no one answered. I then called off my home phone (a different number) and my call was answered straight away. I asked about my pop prawns and was advised that he would only send my order later when the driver had finished delivering all of the other (new) orders. Only then would he come drop it off. I was shocked by the response I received (after they made the mistake) so I just asked for a refund.

2. I ordered again on a different occasion and waited around 40 - 50 minutes for my order, so I called them and asked what was happening. The lady told me that the driver needed to have enough orders before he could bring my order. When I eventually received my food it was cold and the prawns were soggy. If it is such a problem to do deliveries why don't you just charge people so that at least they can get there food before it goes cold.

PS: These complaints are not the only complaints - just the most recent. I've given you plenty of chances to rectify your shortcomings. From now on I'll simply go...

After waiting 30minutes for my order, the lady brings my order out of the car parked outside the restaurant. Does not explain anything and starts packing it up for me, when I questioned why is the food coming out the car she ignores me and speaks to the male manager in a different language. They then just request for another order to be made without advising me what is going on or for me to now agree to wait another 30minutes for the order, I then asked for a refund which they just processed with no apology or explanation still and i left. Apparently the lady put my meal in another patrons order which he had left in his car and was at another takeaway. She only realized she did not give me my order when she was ready to give the patron after me his order. Store only had 2 customers at that time and you can't get a simple order done!? Terrible attitude and service. Will never visit this...

Ordered via Uber Eats only because that seemed like my only option. I generally don't use them because their support is useless.

Chose the spicy option for the Hot Pot and the meal arrived tasteless. I found a chunk of calamari that was inedible it was so rubbery and seemed raw.

I wonder if Famous Brands have an operations team to ensure consistency. It doesn't seem like it across their brands.
