DAILY PAN Haeundae Head Store — Restaurant in Busan

I have mixed feelings. The experience was nice we arrived around 10:45am and saw a nice spread to choose from. The store is very small so we kept browsing brief but felt welcomed by the staff who were walking around replenishing items. Our excitement for the creative options got the best of us so we filled our tray with many different treats. they had their *most popular items labeled so we tried some of that. Check out was seamless also. Now this is the disappointing part, we walked 5 minutes to our hotel and learned that half of our order were sadly underwhelming. The savory breads with meat and condiments were the most disappointing. We think that due to them sitting in the bakery, they became soggy and had a wet texture that was distasteful. The other “dry” breads were fine.

I’d return because overall it’s a great value and friendly service but I would lower my expectations and stick...

This is one of the best bakeries in Korea, it tops my list so far! Why? The breads are very tasty. Every bread I had here all tasted so good! My favorite is their ham and egg toast with sweet corn kernels. I will eat that everyday if I can! 😋

You won't believe how big each bread is and how pack it is with cheese, garlic, mayo, ham, sausage, eggs etc and the price is unbelievably affordable. I bought a lot on my last visit and brought it back on an 8hr drive. I wish they'll open one near Seoul.

Good selection of bread with the savoury items looking more interesting/unique than the fairly standard selection of sweet buns. They do seem to have several varieties of stuffed doughnuts, though. And the mini mammoth was pretty good...
