Obanjang — Restaurant in Busan

As a foreigner visiting this country for the first time this was worse dinning experience in my life. I came alone and after waiting for my table I was told the table number to go to but when I went to the area where the tables were there were no table numbers. I sat at a table I saw was empty and waiting for the waiter who came at me yelling how many I came with. His bad attitude and loud voice got the attention of everyone around who started staring at me. He didn’t even give me a chance to look carefully at the menu. There wasn’t even an explanation of what that big red button was for on the table. Went for dinner as family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids. The waiter sat us down at one of the standard size tables (all the tables are round type around the grill). The side dishes were unremarkable, probably one of the least impressive so far. We ordered both the beef and pork. The table was so small we ended up placing the meat and side dishes on a few stools - no help from the waiters at all. We looked around and seems other in bigger groups like us had the same issue. This is the worst place I've been in Busan. Rude attitude since we sat down until we left. No assistance of anything from the staff(hand us menu, change the grill net, help with the cooker hood...), they just left us at the corner. When they serve, basically they just threw things on our table. It was a quiet afternoon not even busy, we can see they treat us differently compare with other tables because we are tourists. We didn't order anything more once we finished our 2 tiny plates of meat, just wanted to get out of that place. I mean, come on your restaurant is in a TOURIST SPOT! Tourists are people as well.
