Sowon Chinese Kitchen - The overall food rating for taste is a "5", but one point taken off due to smaller portion sizes. The food was REALLY delicious and very good quality. However, the portions should be maybe about 20% more for the pricing... Just a little skimpy on the dishes.

The tangsuyuk was crispy and made with very good quality white meat pork... Super tasty! Just wish there was a little more for what you pay. The fried mandu dumplings were delicious and filled with good quality meat, but only 6 dumplings per order. The shrimp fried rice was super yummy. The kkanpunggi was nice and crispy, and had some good spicy chili pepper "kick" to them. And the jjajangmyeon was awesome... Slightly different though from your typical Korean jjajangmyeon. It's more like a fusion of Korean style and Chinese style jjajangmyeon flavors, with good quality ground pork in the sauce... Sooooo good! And the jjamppong that my daughter had was good too... They added clams instead of mussels often found in the Korean noodle soup.

The place gets busy it seems around prime time lunch and dinner hours, so probably better to go a little bit early. We will definitely be going back, especially for the delicious tangsuyuk and jjajangmyeon! Highly recommended; overall a good family dinner restaurant for...

일반적인 중화요리 집과는 맛의 차이가 있음 전체적으로 한국식 맛에 중국 향신료, 마라 고추 후추 등이 모든 음식에 첨가되어 본 가게만의 독특한 맛을 냄

호불호가 있을수 있으나 분명히 엄청난 수준의 요리를 제공하고 향신료를 좋아한다면 최고의 중식집일 것

탕수육 : 딱딱하지 않은 폭신함과 페스트리보다 가벼운 바삭함이 절묘하게 조화를 이뤄 상당히 고급스러운 맛을 냄, 개인적으로 최고의 탕수육이었음

짜장면 : 유니짜장 스타일, 약간의 향신료 첨가됨

꾼만두 : 공장 제조 만두와 차이가 큰 수제만두

탄탄면 : 땅콩버터, 고추기름, 두반장 소스의 절묘한 어울림으로 자극적이고 기름지고 고소한 음식을 좋아한다면 사랑할 수 밖에 없는 맛

마파두부: 면 추가해서 먹었으나 밥과 먹어야 최고의 맛을 느낄 수 있음, 보통의 마파두부보단 레벨과 완성도가 훨 높음, 가장 자극적이기에 마지막에 드시는 걸 추천

오이무침 : 식초와 고추기름으로 무침, 느끼한 고추기름과 상큼한 오이가...

외관보고 못찾을뻔했음. 실내는 완전 정갈하고 인테리어도 예쁨. 일단 단무지 얇고, 짜사이 나오고, 생수대신 차 나오는데 이걸로 '퀄리티 좋은 중국집입니다' 라고 스포중

마파순두부는 밥과 고기육수를 같이 주시는데 재방문의사 50000000%의 맛. 이거만 먹으러 다시 올 수 있음. 적당히 매콤하면서 양념과 같이 어우러진 고기소와 대파가 황금비율!!!

탄탄면은 유니짜장의 붉은맛 ver 인거 같은 느낌. 역시나 고기 듬뿍들어있고, 땅콩의 고소함이 입안 가득 느껴짐

자장면은 기본기 탄탄하니 실패확률이 없는 맛

군만두가 안이 튼실하니 베어먹으면 육즙이 싹 나오는데, 면이랑 같이 딱 먹으면 6개 순식간에 사라져있음.... 도둑맞은 기분

개인적으로 2천원 하는 오이무침이 꼭 먹고싶었는데 주문이 안된다하여서 아쉬웠음. 마파순두부 생각나서 재방문할 때 꼭 먹어볼 수 있었으면...
