One of the best meals yet on my Korea trip. We started with the black pork platter and added the Hanwoo. The meats were cooked perfectly by the restaurant staff who explained meticulously how to pair the meats with the range of sides in English. The cuisson on each cut of meat was done to consistent perfection, especially the medium cook on the Hanwoo. The dinner ended with one of the rarest dessert in my life - persimmon sorbet, served over a covered bed of dry ice to keep the sorbet silky soft and cold, what a superbly smart technique. And the price? Just a third of what I would have to pay back home assuming all of these were even available.
Ps: bbq black pork + warm anchovy sauce + soy bean paste + dry kimchi on a vege blade...

hanwoo beef very ex (prime rib ie galbi not best cut) tendonous, underwhelming & pricy.
