Loved the service. Prices were quite steep, with mains starting at 50k won (salmon dish) and up to 200k (hanwoo best grade).
Main dishes dont come with sides. All their sides cost 12k won. We ordered the hanwoo and black pork tomahawk with creamed spinach and truffle fries.
Hanwoo was acceptable, and they served it with roasted garlic and a plate of different mustards. I cannot recommend the black pork tomahawk. First few bites near the fats were delectable, soft and paired extremely well with the apple, but as we ate, the meat towards the bone was extremely(!!!!) dry! And it cost 96k won! Even at the road side bbq places served better black pork. Spinach was super delicious that it outshined the mains. Truffle fries were meh.
However, one thing great about this place is the service. Extremely helpful with introducing the menu and pairing of wine. Very accomodating when i voiced out my distaste for the pork. I am satisfied with the way they handled my complaint. Hopefully, their food will improve and I can come back...

Biggest Hyatt in Asia, 2nd largest in the world.
Hotel itself is very new and very clean. The rooms are super large and the TV is the biggest I’ve ever seen in any hotel room. (And I have done my share of traveling)
This place feels a lot like Vegas. It’s a giant all-inclusive resort. The problem is, a lot of the retail stores here and the restaurants are nice but the experience was kind of lacking.
I’d come here just for the rooms to be honest.
We tried just about every restaurant here I didn’t feel that they were particularly great. The staff is still relatively green and the experience was lackluster — yet the prices are world class.

Read moreBeautiful building. Next level view. Crab cake was served as chunks of crab with breadcrumbs and very greasy. Black pork was heated in a plastic bag and dumped on the plate. The sear from the grill was non existent. The marinade was such that the flavor of the meat was gone. I wasn’t allowed to order with the waiter. So had to work the iPad on the table.
