A must-visit cafe in Seogwipo! We stopped at Over the Window shortly after arriving in Seogwipo as we needed to wait a few hours to check in to our accommodation. Fortunately we arrived right as they opened! The staff was very friendly and helped us order in English. The atmosphere and vibe is very aesthetic! Not to mention the amazing view from the second floor. Although they don’t have plugs, we appreciate the type of environment they want to create in the cafe. Highly recommend stopping by for a coffee. We’ll definitely be back during our stay in Seogwipo!

Paris, London, L.A. and Portland have nothing on this place. Beans roasted in-house in small batches and expertly prepared. The foam on espresso drinks was top notch. Lovely teas as well. All fruit mango smoothy delicious and vegan--such a find!! Beautiful seating area with views and ambiance; we lingered here many a rainy afternoon. A don't-miss spot for sure!

Five of us had the pleasure of visiting this charming spot, and it was an experience to remember.

Ambience: A perfect blend of rustic warmth and refined elegance, creating a cozy yet classy atmosphere that instantly feels inviting.

Service: Exceptional. The owner was not only welcoming and friendly but also genuinely attentive, making sure every detail of our visit was just right.

Coffee & Drinks: We explored a range of flavors—hot Americanos in light, medium, and dark roasts, a refreshing mango smoothie, and their signature crème brûlée. The coffee was, without a doubt, some of the best we've had, rich and deeply satisfying. The crème brûlée was flawless—silky smooth with the perfect balance of sweetness and indulgent richness.

I went the whole way from Jeju City to Seogwipo to look for a nice quiet coffee shop with relaxing atmosphere and a great view. And I found it! Michael, the owner of Over The Window, is one of the most hospitable men I’ve ever met. If you are tired of noisy cafes and craving for a cup of great coffee and a chat, then this should be the right place! Michael, thank you for the amazing flat white. Next time I’m in Jeju, I will definitely find some time to come and see you again. Hope to stay longer then! Wishing you all...
