감성타코 홍대점 — Restaurant in Seoul

Wasted time not worthy place. Overpriced. Ordered one taco and one burrito. The burrito came on first and I had it. Almost 30 minutes passed and I still had no taco. They didnt tell us anything like 'sorry, ur food takes long' at all. And I left that fxxking place. And one more thing. When I got the taco, I asked one of server to give me a glass of water. And she said ok without looking at me. And she had never came back. I really dont understand why ppl is going this place. I'd rather go Tacobell, Tomatillo or On the border than lose...

Had to wait forever until a table for 4 was available when they had plenty of (8) empty tables for 2!!! They said those table are for 2 people and they cannot put the two tables together WHAT THE ?! DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE? Most of those tables for 2 were still empty when we left. Now the food... nothing special and not the taste to make me want to...

저는 3주전에 해외입국한 2차 접종 완료자 한국인입니다.

며칠전 직원분께서 저는 해외 접종확인서가 있지만 제 본인 핸드폰이 없어서 큐알코드/안심번호가불가능한 경우에 입장불가라고 하셨습니다. 몇주전부터 바뀐 정부방침이라고 수기작성은 불가능이라며 제가 최근 2주동안 다닌 가게들은 걸리면 벌금을 물어야한다고 하셨어요. (여태 다닌 가게들은 접종확인서 종이를 보여주고 출입명부는 와이프 한국번호로 수기작성했습니다.)

그 직원분 말이 맞나? 앞으로 나 밥 어떻게 먹지? 라는 궁금증에 보건소에 전화해서 확인 결과 핸드폰이 없는경우 출입명부는 수기작성이 아직 가능하다고 안내해주시더군요. 그래서 다시 홍대점에 전화해서 물어보니 이번에는 회사방침이라고 수기작성은 안된다고 하시더라고요.

다른 지점에 전화해보니 자기 지점은 수기작성 가능하다고 하고 회사방침은 따로 없었고 아마 지점 재량으로 수기작성을 없앴을수 있다고 하더라고요.

홍대지점에서 개인적으로 정부방침 이외에 추가적인 제재를 하는걸로 뭐라고 하고 싶진 않아요. 불안하면 그럴수도 있죠. 다만 직원분께서 처음에 정부방침으로 최근에 수기작성 안된다고 벌금 문다고 하길래 아주 당황스러웠습니다. 뭐 기사도 떴다고 저보고 찾아보라고 하셨는데.. 무슨 근거로 그러신건지 의아했어요.
