This place serves the best Solungtang and Kalbitang (beef bone soup). Korean traditional slow cooking food. Place is clean, servers are friendly. Customers are mostly locals. Food is clean! Unlike the open market...

Had the galbi-jjim here and it was really good. The service was great too as they very nicely packed the left overs for me to take.

—본가 설명탕— 散步走到東大門的分店本家 雪濃湯，是朴先生帶我來韓國吃過最道地、最好吃的雪濃湯，沒有本地人的朋友帶領，網路還找不到這家名店，每天客人絡繹不絕。 我想過去20年我已經去過這家餐廳很多次了，他們保持著乾淨的湯，味道幾乎一樣。 值得一生去吃一次！因為它不是普通一般的雪濃湯，它已經是神級的牛肉雪濃湯。 整甕的泡菜、辣蘿蔔、蔥花讓你隨心所欲的吃，也是神一般的等級。
