nothing warms you up better during a cold spell than some gukbap... the food really hit the spot. but beware, the place is packed during weekday lunch rush, and the servers are super busy. may take a few minutes to get seated, and a few more when you get up to pay.

Specialist in Korean blood sausage (soondae) and piping hot soup. Homely, delicious and satisfying. Hit with the locals also, with a lunchtime crowd coming in straight after us. Good place to stop if you're near the palace or visiting the The Blue House.
