If you're looking to enjoy both elevated Korean cuisine and a stunning view of Seoul, Eoseul Seoul is absolutely worth a visit. Perched on the 13th floor, the restaurant offers sweeping city views—especially magical at sunset—and a calm, refined atmosphere.

The standout dish for me was the Seasonal Fish Stone Pot Rice. The perfectly cooked rice paired with fresh, seasonal fish delivered a rich, balanced flavor that felt both comforting and elegant. Every bite showed careful preparation and deep respect for the ingredients.
