We celebrated my friend’s 30th birthday here and had a very very bad experience. It completed ruined our important day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit here! I can’t believe a self-claimed fine dining place can provide such a bad service. It’s literally the WORST service i have ever experienced in Korea, even worse than a random restaurants on the street.
I am pretty sure i left a message about the birthday celebration when i made the reservation. But the server said it’s not showing on their side. I couldn’t provide any proof that i really left the message. But even that, shouldn’t they just provide the good service and provide something special for the birthday celebration?? If this is a casual dining place, i wouldn’t request this. But they self claimed a fine dining place.
After opening a bottle of wine, the server is very unprofessional that didn’t let us taste first. We were literally shocked. This is so unprofessional.
I said i am a pescatarian, so i don’t eat meat but seafood. I was requesting if i can switch one main with a seafood semi-main. I can understand there’s a strict rule from the chef. But again, shouldn’t they trg best to satisfy customer instead of always say no?? I am asking to have a semi-main insead of a main. I am not sure why this is not replaceable. I am not requesting something more expensive or something not on the menu
What’s more is that the server was even asking “do you guys have any diet restriction?” Which is very very ridiculous. I told you i have the diet restriction. But you can’t do anything about it. Then why would you even ask??? Have you ever tried to help?? I was literally laughing. This is just so ridiculous.
We paid over 200USD for the dinner and when we ask for parking validation, it was only validated for 2 hours. When i say, it is a 3-hour course menu, why can we only validate 2 hours? The server was like, it is officially a 2-hour menu. So we can only validate 2 hours. Even they explained later on the policy was made by the building. But i am not sure why the restaurant can’t do anything about the parking.
This is so ridiculous. How come the service is so consistent that from the moment we entered the restaurant to the moment we left, that it is so unsatisfying, unprofessional and gave us such a bad experience on the...

Not a 5/5 because taste and presentation could use some improvement. But really good bang for your buck here! At the time it was 59,000 for lunch and 89,000 for dinner. Now I think it is 65,000 and 98,000, respectively.
Came with a group of 5 and we were seated in a private room. Would have much rather been seated at the bar in order to see the open kitchen and the chefs at work. The room was still nice as it gave us a lot of privacy. Service was excellent and they were very attentive even though we were not in a clear line of sight (the room is on the side). I think they have CCTV in there so they can see when we need something.
Appearance-wise, the amuse-bouche was the most appealing and the semi main and main were a bit lacklustre. Taste-wise, the appetizers scored the highest. The additional 15,000W for uni was very worth it! The pasta with the uni was just good (you can’t go wrong with anything with uni!). The cleanser (green apple lime) was not to my liking but the rest of the group I went with enjoyed it. The dessert was pleasant and wrapped up the meal nicely. Lunch seems to be a better deal as a lot of the courses are similar to the dinner menu.
If you have dietary restrictions I would not recommend coming as they don’t seem to accommodate very well. We explained one person in our party was lactose intolerant but were not able to give other options. In the end they just took a lactase and kept the same menu. Recommend booking ahead online for reservations and note that a deposit is required. There is a reservation site specific for foreigners in English. The place is a bit difficult to find in the building as it is tucked away in a corner and not very obvious so allow so more time for hunting.
At the higher price point, would maybe consider coming back if the seasonal menu is appealing. I think there should be better restaurants in Seoul...
Read moreIt was my first time in Korea and my friend took me to this place. I loved the interior and vibe and the staff was really nice to us. The waitress her English wasn't good but she tried hard to explain to me about the food which I appreciated. The guy who explained the wine was also helpful. The taste of the food was great but I had a little bit of a problem with the menu and the price of some items. If you don't want to eat pork then you should choose the beef option at the main course but it's like extra 40,000 won and the size is really, really small I was shocked. For this I give 3 stars because I think they are...
