파인앤코 Pine&Co — Restaurant in Seoul

My visit to the Pine&Co bar in Korea during my trip was a mixed experience. The cocktails and platter we ordered were quite good. However, I only discovered an issue with our bill after I had already returned home.

Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed we had been charged ₩10,600 for 4 drinks we did not receive. While I should have scrutinized the receipt more closely at the time, this type of billing discrepancy is disappointing, especially from an establishment ranked among one of the best bars in Asia.

I wasn't able to address the billing problem directly with the staff, since I was no longer in Korea. I hope the management looks into this matter and takes steps to ensure accurate billing for all customers going forward.

Overall, the food and drinks we had were enjoyable during our time at Pine&Co. But the unexpected charges on my statement have left me with a slightly soured...

We phoned and reserved seats at the bar, which were then not available when we arrived so we're sat elsewhere We were sat next to a group of 5 noisy customers who we almost had to shout over to hear ourselves speak. Atmosphere 9/10 Speakeasy-like, non obvious entrance from the main street in n Gangnam. Really cool underground / basement vibes. Young crowd and overall fun atmosphere. Various seating options like bar seating, high tops, tables and couches

Drinks 9.5/10 Recommendation: Yoghurt Clean and compact menu. All cocktails are partially made from their own-made ingredients and have some special garnish. Creative and delicious. Nice glassware and coasters

Service 9.5/10 The usual Asian high service standard: professional team, wet towels, water and snacks. Average prices for Seoul cocktails
