The queue to get in was crazy! We didn't manage to get a queue on Catchtable and had to go on-site to get it. We had to wait about 30 minutes in the afternoon to get in
We tried 3 bagels - Spring Onion Pretzel, Potato Cheese and Sweet Red Bean Rice Bagel. On the side we ordered Truffle Pesto Cream Cheese and Truffle Mushroom Soup. We were amazed by the bagels, each of them were outstandingly good! The texture was marvellous and each flavour were fabulous. The soup was very rich, albeit a little pricey but very worth it. We did not have much use for the cream cheese so we brought it home with us. It's been a week and we are still eating it.
Service wise, we appreciated how bright and welcoming the Cashier and 2nd level Staff were. The Host was not too great, probably tired of his job cause he was constantly barking at people to get their queue and authoritatively directing people. We understand that the brand/food is good, but his attitude and haughtiness is not very appealing.
The bagels section is very small and cramped, the establishment might want to consider regulating the amount of people in that area. An oversized Chinese lady was holding a mountain of bagels and constantly jabbing me with her tray. So dear lady if you're reading this, maybe learn some manners (hopefully not to late) and stop eating THAT MANY bagels cause they are really not good for...

🧅 𝑺𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒍 (8.5₩) Now this bagel was just everything. The cream cheese was so generous that there might’ve been more CC than bagel, and the the slightly pungent taste from the spring onion balanced our the jelatness of the CC! This onion-ey combo definitely worked for us, although if you’re not a fan of spring onion, you should prob skip this.
🍁 𝑴𝒂𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝑷𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝑪 (3.5₩) Interestingly, LBM also makes their own cream cheeses to pair with their bagels. Their house-made Maple Pecan CC was one of their best sellers and we can totally understand why. The sweet tinge from the maple and the actual pecan bits made this cream cheese so addictive. We even rationed out this CC as we couldn’t bear to eat it at one go!
🍄 𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒑 (12.5₩) The mushroom and truffle were rich and flavourful. However it was a huge bowl and got surfeting rlly quickly, so please order this to share!

Line was 45 minutes to make a reservation and another 30 for the wait, not a normal line for bagel. Bagels vary in flavor, but are mediocre in taste. Bagels aren’t toasted beforehand so expect them cold. Cream cheese was only put on one side of the bagel for display and the rest was bare. Not the even 2 inch thick cream cheese throughout that we are used to. Locals eat their bagels with fork and knives so be prepared for that culture shock, you will get stares when you eat with your hands. They also charge if you want milk in your already overpriced $3.50 Americano. The coffee was good enough that I could drink it black though ( gotta stay on that budget ) Is revolved around the hype and a weird horse with weird quotes around the walls which make you feel like you’re supposed to experience some toxic culture, but I’m just trynna have a bagel man. tip: don’t go to bagel cafes with bagel gift shops. Bagels don’t even come from London give...
