I had the basil ramen, mini chashu and pickled tomatoes. The pickled tomatoes were so good! They were in a sweet brine of yuza and wine and they were refreshing and wonderful. The mini chashu had rice, meat, and sliced onions. It was quite tasty and the sauce was a touch sweet so it was really great with the salted pork. The basil ramen was surprisingly delicious. I got the extra chashu (4pc) and there is the regular with 2 pieces. The broth combined with the basil was delicious and their chashu was to die for. However, when eating the noodles I felt like I was having a mix of pesto pasta and ramen. I'd give it a 4/5 and definitely worth a try. My wait outside was about 15minutes. There were 4 groups ahead of me. Would go back again to try the different ramens

Small cozy place with a long wait due to the unique taste. The most famous dish is the Midori ramen (green ramen) which is filled with basil (10,000 won). The broth is delicius and the noodles are thin and just right. In terms of portion, one serving is enough but if you're a big eater, I recommend adding extra noodles for 2000 won. You order before you are seated. Wait time around 30 min on weekends. My friend ordered the Kitsune ramen (7000 won) which is your standard pork broth ramen. It's tasty and the meat a super soft.

Easily one of the best ramen i have tasted in Seoul. The basil ramen is simply special and delicious. The broth was rich, creamy and full of basil flavour. The charsiew was also very tender and tasty. I arrived at 11.30am just as they opened and within 15 minutes the place was full for lunch. I also ordered an extra side of onsen egg and additional noodles cos the broth was so goos. Highly recommended

1. 웨이팅에 대해 가게가 아주 작습니다. 헌데 테이블 회전은 빠른 편입니다. 제 앞에 10팀정도 웨이팅이 있었는데, 40-50분정도 기다리니 앉을 수 있었습니다. 기다리자마자 라멘이 진짜 "바로" 나와서 사실 아주 흡족했습니다. 전화를 해주지않으니 앞에서 기다리셔야하고, 앞에 의자 1개와 앉을만한 곳들이 있으니 앉아서 기다리셔야합니다. 2. 접객에 대해 음식맛을 떠나서 접객이 진짜 별 5개가 모자랄정도로 친절하고 신속합니다. 사장님 혹은 직원분들의 태도가 센스있으면서도 아주 친절해서 진짜 만족스러웠습니다. 맛집 중에서도 접객 부분은 진짜 만점입니다. 3. 맛에 대해 먹어봐야하는 건 토마토와 바질라멘, 매운라멘입니다. 토마토는 아주 아삭아삭 상콤달콤 난리가 나는 맛입니다. 안주, 입가심, 디저트 어떤 용도로도 훌륭합니다. 바질라멘은 일단 다른곳에서 맛볼 수 없는 것이기도하지만, 놀랍게도 잘 어울리고 투머치하거나 거부감이 없습니다. 바질만 먹으면 좀 물릴수있는데, 옆에 매운라멘이 있다면 같이 드시면 환상적입니다. 한국인 기준으로 맵지않고 얼큰하고 살짝 칼칼한데 돼지 베이스가 아니라 해산물? 의 이국적인 칼칼함이 찰떡입니다. 라멘의 국물들과 별개로 라멘의 면 자체 식감이 일본에서 먹었던 그 라멘식감이라 아주 흡족하였습니다. 일단 들어가셔서, 꼭 차슈와 온센타마고 (1000원)를 추가하시고 양이 자신있으면 면추가를 하십시오. 차슈가 기본 2장인데 아주 부드러워서 국물이랑 잘 어울리다보니 2장이 순삭됩니다. 무조건 아쉬우실테니 꼭 차슈추가를 해야합니다. 계란은 기본이 아닙니다. 따라서 추가로 주문을 해야하고 속이 말랑하고 맛좋은 계란을 라멘국물에 적셔먹어야합니다. 면추가는 그냥 면이 아니라 겉을 한번 구웠기에 또 다른 식감적 매력이 있으니 드셔보세요. 온센타마고는 한정제품이라 늦게가면 없을 수 있으니 주의하십시오. 유자맛이 나는 단무지도 재밌습니다. 4. 재방문의사 여긴 다른 라멘집이 대체 불가능합니다. 맛에대한 평가는 이견이 있을 수 있으나, 다른 라멘집에서 느낄 수 없는 유니크함이 있습니다. 조만간 기회가되면 또 올 것 입니다.

i tried the basil ramen. interesting and not bad! never had ball ramen before so definitely not traditional or common. very earthy/herb-y. you’d have to like basil. it’s mild too. their tomato side dish is very good.. sweet. i heard their spicy ramen is good too. they have simple ramen and limited menu.

Pork Ramen Soup restaurant. Food was delicious however a bit salty (I think all Japanese ramen contains much salt) and had to drink water. 7k krw for a bowl of chashiu ramen and 10K krw for basil ramen. Since the restaurant only had limited space, long queue is a must thing to expect.
