KFC COEX Mall — Restaurant in Seoul

Terrible experience. There was only one person taking orders, and the communication between the register and kitchen was completely disorganized. The service was painfully slow—this isn’t a grab-and-go fast food place, yet we still waited over 30 minutes for our food. And when our order was finally called, it was wrong (though they did admit the mistake).

The environment was just as bad. The place was dirty—trash bins were overflowing, and a large garbage bag was left on the floor without anyone making an effort to clean it up. If you’ve been to Korea, you know how impressively clean most places are. This was a shocking exception—easily the dirtiest spot I’ve seen in Seoul. Literally D.I.R.T.Y.

On top of that, the staff weren’t particularly friendly, and the whole experience was a letdown, especially for my 5-year-old daughter, who was so bored she nearly fell asleep while waiting. Just an all-around...

I am tourist and since 40 days I visit this food place. I had 3 issues in this food chain first one was one girl she work for packing the order almost she was shout at me after I saw my number on the screen she didn't want me to come th desk Second time they drop the packing box in the floor and his friend lady told him pickup the food box and serve him and I refused to take the order only a new one Third problem the peck time they don't make enough food trey in kitchen was empty and they want the customers wait half hour or more what ever time And also today people was waiting more than 20 orders and the trey in side was empty and people waiting and...

Came here because every other restaurant had a line. Chicken is luke warm, breaded skin of chicken falling off, slathered in oil and mayonnaise. Garbage cans overflowing. No straws, no napkins, seats near entrance smell like garbage. Chicken was also pink, which I'm pretty sure isn't normal. Only option for ordering is a kiosk, only available in two languages.
