Incredible vegan food!!
I was so happy to visit this spot- Truly a beautiful establishment with delicious vegan food to match! They currently (March, April) have a shrimp salad that is incredible- Its listed as an appetizer, but it's a whole meal!
I was shocked how satisfying the shrimp was, and the house made dressings went beautifully with it. The greens were perfectly crisp and varied to give the salad a lot of interesting flavor and texture.
The location is in the middle of an antique shopping street, very cute! The owners have gone above and beyond making this restraunt elegant and comfortable.
My phone actually died, and the staff were kind enough to charge it for me while I enjoyed the spicy mushroom soup- Its one of their popular dishes, and it was absolutely delicious! Perfect spice level, Tons of mushrooms, thick wheat noodles and lots of veggies and yuba. Incredibly warming and comforting on a cool day!
The staff were very kind and spoke English fluently- I enjoyed chatting with the owner(?) about their success, and I asked about their shrimp- They have a home brand, of vegan meat products called ALTist that I'll be looking for online...
Read moreThis place was high on my must try list and didn’t disappoint! The kitchen emits lovely Chinese spice scents in its enticing aroma! You can see in the kitchen and it gives off the vibe similar to Taiwanese eateries.
Staff was so friendly and helpful. They will definitely help you decide if you are not sure what to order.
We had the hot and sour VEEF, mushroom soup, fried eggplant and fried dumplings. The VEEF was super light and cooked with plenty of yummy herbs and spices. You can taste the flame in this dish. The eggplant was soft and succulent. The mushroom soup was clean and soothing and the dumplings were crispy and satisfying. I think the VEEF really came to live with dunked in the eggplant sauce.
E testing was very yummy and the restaurant is very pleasant and in a cool neighborhood.

Read moreSome of the most amazing food I’ve had while in Korea! Each dish had a very distinct flavor and you could taste the attention to detail in the textures as well. The spicy fried eggplant was divine - a combination of juicy soft eggplant with a nice kick of the spicy sauce. You could taste the smoky flavor of the wok in the japchae as well as the shrimp fried rice which was the best thing I had that night. Fried rice is so simple yet so hard to get right in a restaurant setting, often drowned in soy sauce. This was simple and packed with umami. Really regret coming to Seoul during Chuseok as they were only open one day of my stay. If that wasn’t the case I would definitely come back! Highly recommend pairing your food with a...
