To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep frustration and utter disappointment regarding the incessant and highly disruptive noise coming from the kitchen of your establishment, located next to my residence. Specifically, one of your kitchen staff members has made it a daily routine to sing — or rather, scream — at the top of their lungs while working. This is not a casual hum or a quiet tune; it is an obnoxiously loud, off-key, and completely inconsiderate outburst that echoes through the neighborhood, especially during early hours and late evenings. It is utterly disrespectful to the people who live nearby and have a right to a peaceful environment in their own homes. Let me be very clear: this is not simply an annoyance — it is a disturbance that severely affects my quality of life. I should not have to hear someone belting out songs while I’m trying to work, rest, or simply enjoy a moment of silence in my own home. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. A professional kitchen is no place for loud, disruptive behavior that spills over into the surrounding community. If your staff cannot conduct themselves with basic respect for others, then perhaps they should reconsider whether they are suited for work in a shared, urban environment. Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. If the noise continues, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this complaint to local authorities or municipal services responsible for noise control.
I trust you will handle this swiftly and...
Read moreI have been in South Korea for two years and only recently learned about this place. Being a self-avowed metatarian, this place rocked my world! I was seriously impressed with the offerings and the courtesy with which it was delivered too! 7 different types of meat, all of them high-quality and very tasty! Out of the 7, the pork was my least favourite. That being said, it still beats pork anywhere else in Korea :)
I rated the cost as expensive but one must keep in mind a number of things. First, the place is in Itaewon. Not the cheapest location to have a restaurant. Second, beef is very expensive here (in which case the price is only moderate compared to what you can eat).
Normally how you can really tell what the quality of a restaurant is, is by seeing how you feel later/the next day. I believe the meat was of a quality I have never had before. Not only did I feel extremely good, that lasted for the entire next day and slowly faded the day after. While I have never done drugs, this is about the closest I can say to have been on an 'energy high' from the nutrients gained from eating here. Oh if only I could afford to do this more regularly!
About the only downside wold be the music. They played it just a bit too loud. Being Itaewon, I suspect they are heavily influenced by the 100s of other clubs but really should stick to the status quo when being a restaurant. Background noise...
Read moreTabom is one of those places that you could visit once a week and probably never get tired of. Not only is the meat juicy, fresh, and served quickly, but the restaurant itself has a certain atmosphere that says, "We are proud of what we do, and we want you to enjoy our food."
My family and I especially like the top sirloin, side skirt, chicken heart, and barbecue steak--but there's nothing on the menu that's a throw-away. The hot and cold bar is a favorite, too.
Now that the restaurant offers about 5 different ways to order, even our daughter, who doesn't eat every cut of meat the adults do, can enjoy her favorites at a lower price.
Way...
